AV equipment in the NGO Room: A projector
and screen will be available in the NGO Room (Conference Room
A) free of charge. However, any damage will be paid for by
NGOs using the equipment. Please respect the equipment
which is being very generously loaned to civil society for
the Review Conference. There are no speakers, microphones,
or other audio visual equipment in the room. Any additional
equipment must be provided by the NGO hosting the event and
is not available for rent or purchase on the premises. The
projector cord will not work with Macintosh computers.
