Thank you very much Mr. Chairman.
As stated in 1997, 1999 and 2001, Spain does not consider itself
bound by consensus on this resolution as far as operative paragraph
3 is concerned, on which it upholds serious reservations for the
same reasons explained a few minutes ago –and therefore not
worth repeating- on the occasion of the consideration of the amendment
tabled by my country to operative paragraphs 2 and 3 and later withdrawn
in order to preserve consensus.
