Thank you Madame President.  We have listened carefully to the statement made and position of the distinguished Ambassador of China.  As my delegation expressed earlier, there are serious comments and questions regarding the procedural as well as the substance of the documents in CD/2007/L1. We believe that the views expressed by the members of the CD in this regard should be carefully taken into account.  In order to provide a balanced program of work and cover the concerns of all the member states and open and full consideration in accordance with the rules and the procedures of the CD is highly required.  The four core issues identified by the CD are equally important and equal treatment should be applied to them.
