Likewise I would like to add my voice to those who congratulated the NGO that just took the floor and represents a platform of other NGOs. I would like to encourage to keep these exchanges between the CD and civil society.

I would also like to take the opportunity to subscribe to the intervention of the Distinguished Delegate of the Philippines, in calling for this kind of an initiative which will have an added value, not only for the observer States, which are most of the time knowledgeable and acquainted to the Rules of Procedures and to the other issues of the Conference. I really meant this comment for the wider membership and just wanted to add my voice to that of the Philippines.
