The Chinese Delegation would like to thank the President for your efforts to implement resolution 1864. We would also like to thank you for your facilitation of a consensus on the annual report of the CD. We appreciate your unremitting efforts and your great contribution in this regards. Meanwhile, we would also like to thank parties concerned for your flexibility and your efforts for the consensus on this annual report. It is our hope that parties concerned can on the basis of the work over the past year, continue your efforts and facilitate an early start of substantive work on all items in the next year.

China is ready to make its own efforts in this regards.
